The pylons are polished stainless steel, ranging from 10 to 20 feet tall.

There are 14 wing shaped pylons located in an orbital setting 120 feet across.

Each pylon's face is black granite engraved with the 100 most significant events in aviation history.

There are 500 bricks within the orbit available for sponsorship for $100 each.

Larger granite blocks are also available for sponsorship for varying prices.

Pylons are also available for sponsorship.

The marker at the beginning of the steps up to the orbit lists contributors and creators on one side.

The other side of the marker contains a poem by John Magee, Jr.
