Dare County's newest tourist attraction is Isabel Inlet, which by Nov 1 will be an item for the history books. Visitors and locals alike walked the 3/4 mile trek down the middle of Frisco highway to get a glimpse of the new inlet, or perhaps wiggle their toes in the cool waters.
